Refund policy

Order Cancellation Policy:

- You can cancel your order prior to the delivery. Your payment will be refunded as a store credit. Delivery fee is not refundable,  minimum cancellation fee is $7.5

- Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order if the payment is flagged as suspicious or if the customer does not comply with our policy.

Return and Exchange Policy:

- Non-perishable gifts can be returned or exchanged in new, unused and resealable condition.

- A 20% restocking fee applies to return of non-perishable items. The remaining balance after the restocking fee will be refunded as a store credit according to our policy.
